How do I sign up?
To Sign Up , click on the Members Page to create an account.
How can I get my Korean address?
Log-in to your account and simply copy and paste your Korean address from the Dashboard.
How long does it take for my account to be approved?
Account approval is automatic for countries listed our international shipping fees table, just make sure to verify your email after completing the registration form to get started with our Korean package forwarding and assisted purchasing services.
How do I change or update my account information?
Log-in to your account then tap on the My Account. From there you can change or update your password, shipping address, phone number etc.
Where can I find my User ID number?
Log-in to your account and you'll find your User ID number on the main dashboard.
I'm having trouble entering my Korean address, what do I do?
Generally Korean addresses are entered in this order: (1) City or Province (2) District (3) Street Name (4) Building or Apartment Number (5) Postal Code
