STEP 1 Sign-Up / Register

Sign-up to create an account. Once approved, log-in and simply copy & paste your Free Korean address from the your dashboard.

STEP 2 Online Shopping

Start shopping from any online store and use your Korean address upon check out.

STEP 3 Your Order Details

Give us details of the items you ordered. Log-in to your account and fill out the NEW INCOMING ORDER form.

STEP 4 Receiving & Storage

Upon receipt of your package(s), we update the status in your account. You can check the 'MESSAGES' tab for photos. We'll hold your package(s) securely and FREE of charge for 45 days, until you request shipping.

STEP 5 Shipping Request

Ready to ship? Submit a NEW SHIPPING REQUEST to notify us. We'll consolidate your packages based on your instructions and send a detailed Shipping and Services invoice.

STEP 6 Shipping

We ship your package within 3~6 days upon confirmation of payment.

💡Note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you only order items that can be legally and safely imported to your country of residence.
💡Customs Duties & Taxes are NOT included in the Shipping Invoice. This will be calculated at the destination country and is the responsibility of the recipient.
