Final Reminder: Update Your Korean Address

This is the final reminder to update your Korean address for your 'SHIP FOR ME’ orders scheduled for delivery  on or after OCTOBER 28, 2024. Simply copy and paste the new address from your account dashboard.


We will continue receiving packages at the old address until OCTOBER 26, SATURDAY. If you don't update your address, we will not be held responsible for lost packages.

Korean Thanksgiving (Chuseok) Holiday Notice: Limited Operations But We're Still Here!

We will be observing Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) from September 14th to 18th, 2024, with regular operations resuming on September 19th. While our office and warehouse will be closed, our assisted purchasing services will still be available, though there may be some delays due to the holiday. 

Domestic delivery services in Korea will also be on break from September 12th to 18th, 2024, which may impact shipping and pick-up schedules. We recommend placing your orders and sending any requests ahead of time to avoid disruptions. Please be aware that email and message responses may be slower, but rest assured, we’ll handle all inquiries in the order received throughout the holiday.

Dormant Accounts

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain efficiency and security, we will be implementing a policy to automatically delete accounts that have been inactive for a period of 8 months or more. This means that if you have not utilized your account for the past 8 months, it will be removed from our system.

However, we want to reassure you that if your account is deleted due to inactivity and you still wish to use our services, you are more than welcome to register again. Updated Storage Terms of Use: Conditions for Requesting Storage Extension

Storage Extensions after 60 days

If you request a storage extension, we may grant it under certain conditions: (1) You must notify us five (5) days prior to the end of your initial 60-day storage period; (2) You must pay the storage fees incurred during the first 60 days; (3) You must inform TKA of the exact number of days you need for the extension; (4) You must acknowledge that any changes or damage to your packages that occur after the initial 60-day storage period are no longer TKA's responsibility. 

Please note that our ability to grant a storage extension is subject to review and dependent on our current capacity at the time of your request.

Service Fees Update

Please be informed of the following updates and modifications in our Service Fees.

~ FREE storage duration will be extended from 30 days to  45 days . Additional $1 per package per day will start on the 46th day of storage.

~ We are also happy to announce that Package Receiving will be FREE for Assisted Purchasing or Proxy Shopping Service requests.

These changes will be implemented to all packages and requests received  starting  01 April 2023.
