Unregistered Packages (Terms of Use Update)

We’d like to inform you of an important update to our parcel forwarding and package storage policy. Please read the details below regarding how we handle unregistered packages delivered to our warehouse. 

If a package is delivered to our warehouse without being registered to the customer’s account, the customer will have 20 days to register the package. During this period, we will send reminders and notifications to encourage registration.

If the package remains unregistered after 20 days and we receive no response from the customer, the 45-day free storage period will be forfeited. The unregistered package will then be held for a maximum of 60 days from the date of delivery, after which it will be disposed of without further notice.

To ensure smooth service, we kindly ask that you follow our package registration policy.
