How can I join The K-Addy's referral program?
Joining our Referral Program is simple! Just follow these four easy steps:
Sign Up: Create an account with us.
Invite a Friend: Enter your friend's email to send an invitation or share your unique referral link from your account.
Friend Joins: Your friend gets $2 earned credits as soon as they sign up.
You Earn $3: Once your friend successfully ships or completes a shipment of their first package, you receive $3 earned credits as a thank-you!
Who can join the Referral Program?
Any registered customer or user who has successfully completed at least one shipping request is eligible to refer friends and earn credits
Who can I invite?
You can invite any friend who has not yet created an account with us.
How can I use my earned credits?
When submitting a shipping request, simply check the box at the bottom of the form to apply your earned credits. The amount will be automatically deducted from your total invoice.
Is there a limit to how much referral credit I can use at once?
Yes. You can apply up to $10 in referral credits per invoice. Any remaining credits will stay in your account and can be used on future invoices before they expire.
How do I find my referral link?
Log in to your account and navigate to the "Referrals" section in your dashboard. Your unique referral link will be displayed there.
Can I track my referrals and earned credits?
Yes! Just log in to your account and navigate to the "Referrals" section to see your referral statuses and earned credits. You can also view your total earned credits right on your account dashboard.
Can I refer myself using a second account?
No. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and loss of credits
When will I receive my referral credits?
Credits are awarded once your referred friend successfully ships or completes the shipment of their first package.
What does 'complete shipment' mean?
A shipment is considered complete once it has been fully paid and shipped from our warehouse.
Do referral credits expire?
Yes. Referral credits are valid for 8 months from the date they are awarded.
Can I invite more than one friend?
Yes! You can refer as many friends as you like. The more friends you refer, the more credits you can earn.
Can I use my referral credits for assisted purchasing requests?
No. You can only use your referral credits when you request shipping.
Can the program be changed or discontinued?
Yes. We may update or end the Referral Program at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or sent by email.
