Joining our Referral Program is simple! Just follow these four easy steps:

1. Sign Up: Create an account with us.

2. Invite a Friend: Enter your friend's email to send an invitation or share your unique referral link from your account.

3. Friend Joins: Your friend gets $2 earned credits as soon as they sign up.  

4. You Earn $3: Once your friend successfully ships their first package you receive $3 earned credits as a thank-you!

You can invite any friend who has not yet created an account with us.

When submitting a shipping request, simply check the box at the bottom of the form to apply your earned credits. The amount will be automatically deducted from your total invoice.

Log in to your account and navigate to the "Referrals" section in your dashboard. Your unique referral link will be displayed there.

Yes! Just log in to your account and navigate to the "Referrals" section to see your referral statuses and earned credits. You can also view your total earned credits right on your account dashboard.

Credits are awarded once your referred friend successfully ships their first package. 

Yes. Referral credits are valid for 8 months from the date they are awarded.

Yes! You can refer as many friends as you like. The more friends you refer, the more credits you can earn. 

No. You can only use your referral credits when you request shipping.
