To celebrate the upcoming Seollal holidays (Korean Lunar New Year), our team will be taking a short break from February 14 to February 18. During this period please note the following:

Shipping & Fulfillment: Processing for shipping requests will be temporarily paused.
Shop For Me Services: Purchase requests may take a little longer than usual, as many Korean sellers and domestic couriers will also be offline for the holiday.
Customer Support: We’re still checking messages! However, response times for emails and inquiries will be slower than usual.

📢Update: Content Photography & Unboxing Video Service

We’d like to inform our customers of an update to our Content Photography and Unboxing Video services.

To better reflect handling time and package size, we have introduced a tiered pricing structure for Unboxing Video services based on package weight. This update allows us to continue providing consistent quality, proper handling, and accurate documentation, particularly for larger or heavier packages that require additional time and manpower.

What’s not changing

✅ Package arrival photos remain completely FREE for all incoming packages

✅ Standard content photography for “Shop For Me” orders remains FREE

✅ There are no changes to shipping rates or other core services

What’s new

✅ Unboxing Video services are now priced based on package weight and selected service tier

✅ Turnaround time varies by service tier, with faster processing available under Premium options

Effective Date: These updates apply to all packages and service requests received on or after December 20, 2025.

📢 Notice Regarding U.S. Bound Shipments

Due to recent updates to U.S. customs regulations, EMS Korea Post service to the United States will be temporarily suspended effective August 25, 2025. This change follows a major U.S. policy update: the $800 duty-free limit will end on August 29, 2025, requiring all incoming parcels to go through customs clearance and be subject to import duties and taxes.

EMS Premium service to the United States will remain available without interruption, ensuring that your parcels continue to be delivered safely and on schedule. Please note that the rates shown in our Shipping Fees table reflect EMS Premium pricing.

📢 Oversized Package Policy

Starting September 1, 2025, packages received at our warehouse that are 120 centimeters or longer or weigh 10 kilograms or more—even if any side is under 120 centimeters—will be considered over sized. An $8 handling fee per over sized package will apply. For transparency, we’ll provide proof-of-weight arrival photos of these packages.

This policy regarding over sized packages is included in our Terms of Use, but was not strictly enforced in the past. However, due to a recent increase in over sized packages received at our warehouse, we will now apply this policy strictly to ensure efficient warehouse operations and safer handling of all packages.
