What is The K-Addy Loyalty Credits & Tiers Program?
It is a way of rewarding our loyal customers! You earn Loyalty Credits every time you complete shipments with us. These credits can be used to save on future shipping invoices.
How do I become eligible to earn Loyalty Credits?
You're automatically enrolled once you've completed three (3) fully paid shipping invoices. There's no need to sign up separately.
When does my spending start counting toward my tier?
After you've complete three fully paid shipments, we'll start computing your total amount spent on shipping fees (excluding 10% VAT) to determine your tier level.
When did The K-Addy Loyalty Credits & Tiers Program start?
Our Loyalty Credits & Tiers Program officially launched on November 2025, but the total spending computation started on September 1, 2025. This means shipments completed on or after September 1, 2025 are included in the computation of the your Loyalty Tier and earned credits.
What are the different Loyalty Tiers?
There are five tiers - Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold and VIP.
The higher total shipping amount spent, the higher your tier and the greater the rewards you can earn. You can view your current tier and benefits in your The K-Addy Membership Account.
Does the total amount spent include VAT?
No, the total amount spent is calculated before VAT. The 10% VAT shown on your invoice is not included in the Loyalty Tier calculation.
How and when can I use my Loyalty Credits credits?
You can apply your Loyalty Credits to your future shipping invoices by ticking the appropriate box before submitting your 'New Shipping Request'.
Once your total spending qualifies you for a new tier, the corresponding Loyalty Credits will appear in your account. However, these credits can can only be applied to your next shipping invoice, not to the the shipment that helped you reach that tier.
What does 'fully paid shipping invoice' mean?
It refers to a shipping invoice that has been completely paid and confirmed as settled by The K-Addy.
I'm a new customer, when will I start earning Loyalty Credits?
New users and/or customers become eligible after completing three (3) fully paid shipping invoices.
Do loyalty credits and tiers expire?
Yes. All earned credits & tiers shall automatically expire on August 31st and will reset automatically on September 1st of each year. Any unused credits will not carry over to the next cycle.
Can I see my Loyalty Credits balance?
Yes. You can view your current tier, Loyalty Credits balance, and other details by logging in to your account and checking the 'Loyalty Tier & Status' section.
Can I exchange for cash or transfer my Loyalty Credits?
No. Loyalty Credits have no cash value, can’t be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred to another account. They can only be applied to future shipping invoices by the account holder.
