Our Content Photography Service provides clear visual proof of your package contents when it is delivered to our warehouse. We take high-resolution photos showing the outer box, domestic shipping label, and one wide shot of the items inside so you can verify everything is correct according to what you ordered.
For a more detailed photography of the contents, we charge $3.00 per item, which includes 3–5 close-up shots showing the front, back, and edges of a specific item or all the items in a package. This fee is in addition to the standard content photography rate of $2.00 per package.
This process takes within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your package. You can request this service by checking the appropriate box while completing your New Incoming Order form. You'll be able to view the photos in the 'Messages' tab of your account.
Please note that we do not open sealed items unless you specifically request it.
Our Unboxing Video Service provides clear visual proof of your package contents. This service is ideal for international shoppers, resellers and collectors who want verification, accountability and peace of mind before international shipping. Each unboxing is carefully handled by our staff to document the condition, quantity and visible defects, if any, of your items at the time of arrival.
Depending on your selected service tier and package weight, this process takes 2–5 business days upon receipt of your package. You can request this service by checking the appropriate box and specifying your desired service tier in the Additional Details section, while completing your New Incoming Order form. If no service tier is specified, the request will be processed under the Standard tier by default.
This service must be requested prior to the package’s arrival at our warehouse to ensure proper handling and recording. Turnaround time for requests made after warehouse delivery is not guaranteed and may result in delayed processing.

This service is for visual inspection only. Functional testing is not available.
Videos are recorded at the time of unboxing and provided as proof; re-recording requests are not available.
