Go to our Members Page and create an account.

You can simply copy and paste your Korean address from your account Dashboard. 

If your country is listed in our Shipping Fees table, your account will be approved instantly. If it’s not listed, approval may take up to 24 hours. After signing up, you can try logging in after a few minutes or simply check back later. 

Log-in to your account then tap 'My Account'. From there you can change or update your password, shipping address, phone number etc. 

Go to the Members Page and proceed to the Login section, enter your email address, then click "Forgot Password". You’ll receive an email with a temporary password.

1. Open the email and copy the temporary password.

2. Return to the Login Page and sign in using the temporary password.

3. Once logged in, go to My Account and create your new password.
   
   

Just log-in to your account and you'll find your User ID on the main dashboard.

Generally Korean addresses are entered  in this order: (1) City or Province (2) District (3) Street Name (4) Building or Apartment Number (5) Postal Code
