How to request for 'Inclusions Only' 

When submitting your New Incoming Order or New Shopping Request, simply select 'Inclusions Only' option. In the additional details section clearly specify the items you'd like to keep and discard.  For example:

Items to keep: member photo card, post card and folded poster

Items to discard: CD disc, jewel case, outer packaging

For faster processing and better accuracy, we require reference photos.  Reference photos maybe sent through the Messages section of your account or by email. If additional clarification is required, we will contact you before processing.

Minimum Quantity Requirement 

This service is available for shipments containing a  minimum of 10 albums. If your albums arrive in multiple packages, we can still process your request as long as the combined total is at least 10 albums.

Requests containing fewer than 10 albums may not be eligible for processing.

Processing Time 

Most inclusions only requests are completed within 3 to 7 business days after all required packages have arrived at our warehouse.  Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional events, or when large quantities are involved.

Delays may occur if: 

• The 'Inclusions Only' option was not selected during submission

• Instructions about which items to discard or keep were incomplete

• Reference photos were not provided when needed

• Additional clarification is required

Discarded Items Cannot Be Recovered 

Once your request had been processed and unwanted items had been discarded, they cannot be retrieved, returned or shipped at a later date. Please review your instructions carefully before submitting your request.

The K-Addy is not responsible for discarded items that were listed in your instructions or approved during clarification process.

Customs Declaration Information

The K-Addy prepares documentation based  on the information available at the time of shipment.  For Inclusions Only shipments, customers are responsible for providing accurate declared values for items being shipped.

We recommend declaring values that reasonably reflect the actual value of the retained items. Declared values should not be artificially reduced simply because other components of the original product have been discarded.

Example: If an album costs $15 and contained:

• 1 CD disc

• 1 photo card

• 1 post card

• Album packaging

and  only the photo card and post card are being shipped, the declared value should reasonably reflect the value of those retained items.

Arbitrary or unrealistic values may result in customs inspections, delays, additional duties, or penalties imposed by the destination country's customs authority.  If no declared value is provided, The K-Addy reserves the right to use and declare a reasonable value based on the original purchase price and the contents being shipped.

• We do not guarantee member versions, inclusion variants, manufacturing details, or authenticity unless a separate verification service has been requested.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all instructions before submission.

• The K-Addy reserves the right to request additional information before processing Inclusions Only requests.

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including customs declaration details. The K-Addy shall not be held responsible for customs holds, delays, additional duties, inspections, or other customs-related issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information provided by the customer.
