🚀Earn rewards every time you ship with The K-Addy!
In this section, “Loyalty Credits & Tiers” refer to the rewards granted by The K-Addy to our loyal customers. These credits are applied to eligible Users’ and/or Members' accounts and can be used toward future shipping invoices under the terms outlined below.
The Loyalty Credits & Tiers Program is open to all registered Users/Members of The K-Addy. Eligibility begins automatically once three (3) shipping invoices are completely paid. No separate registration is required to join the program.
After completing three (3) fully paid shipping invoices, we'll begin computing the total amount spent on shipping fees (excluding 10% VAT), which will determine your Loyalty Tier and allow you to continue earning and using credits for future shipments.
Note: The K-Addy Loyalty Credits & Tiers Program officially launched in November 2025, but the total spending computation started on September 1, 2025. Shipments completed on or after that date are included in your Loyalty Tier and earned credits.
The program features five tiers: Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold and VIP. Each tier is based on the total amount spent on fully paid shipping invoices, with higher tiers offering greater Loyalty Credits.
The specific spending ranges and reward amounts for each tier are available on The K-Addy Membership account of each User. These tiers determine how much you can earn and continue benefiting from rewards on future shipments.
Loyalty Credits may be applied toward future shipping invoices by selecting the appropriate option during check out or submission of New Shipping Requests.
Bronze and Silver tier members may apply the full amount of their earned credits to a shipping invoice.
Gold and VIP tiers may apply up to 80% of earned credits per shipping invoice.
Credits earned after qualifying for a new tier will appear in the member's account and may only be used on subsequent shipping invoices, not on the shipment that qualified them for that tier.
Loyalty Credits balance, tier details, and other related information can be viewed in Users' Membership Account.
Loyalty Credits & Tiers expire on August 31st and renew automatically on September 1st of each year. Any unused credits as of the expiration date shall be forfeited and will not carry over to the next cycle.
Loyalty Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or refunded. They are non-transferable between accounts and may only be used by the account holder who earned them. The K-Addy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Credits Program at any time without prior notice. In cases of account misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of The K-Addy’s Terms of Use, any earned Loyalty Credits may be forfeited at the company’s discretion.
