Bonus credits are calculated based on the total Shop For Me request amount, regardless of individual item prices, as long as the minimum requirement is met.

 Yes! If your order meets the requirements, you will receive both free handling and the corresponding bonus credit.

 Yes. Our standard 6% payment processing fee still applies and calculated after: 

• Domestic shipping fess (if any)

• Bunjang Safe Pay fees (if applicable)

 If you already qualify for free handling fees through our loyalty program, you will not get additional free handling fees but, you will still be eligible to earn the $3 or $8 bonus credits as long as you submit a qualifying Shop For Me request during the event period. 

This is a shipping fee discount for customers who submit their shipping request and pay the shipping invoice within 12 or 18 days of their package arrival at The K-Addy warehouse.

You must:

1. Register new incoming packages  to your account within the event period.

2. Wait for your packages to arrive at our warehouse.

3. Submit your shipping request within 12 or 18 days.

4. Pay the shipping invoice within the required time frame.

You can get:

• Within 18 days of package arrival - $7 OFF if you submit a shipping request and pay the shipping invoice 

• Within 12 days of package arrival - $10 OFF if you submit a shipping request and pay the shipping invoice 

Note: Only one discount tier applies per shipment.

You're shipping discount will be forfeited.

You will no longer qualify for the Early Shipping Request discount.

If multiple packages arrive within a similar timeframe and can be shipped together, they may be treated as a single shipment for discount eligibility. 

Any attempt to intentionally split shipments to gain additional discounts may result in:

• Removal of discounts

• Adjustment of the shipping invoice

• Disqualification from the promotion

No. The eligibility period is based on the original package arrival date, not the shipping request submission date. 

Yes! All earned credits and can be combined and will be deducted from your shipping invoice.
