What counts as 'successful request'?
A successful request is any 'Shop For Me' order that is fully processed and not cancelled.
When do I start getting free handling fees?
You'll get free handling fees when you submit your 4th Shop For Me request (and every one after).
Do cancelled requests count toward the 3-request minimum?
No. Only completed and processed requests count.
Do requests made before October 2025 count?
Yes! If you've already made 3 or more successful requests before October 1, 2025, you'll automatically qualify.
How much are handling fees normally?
Normally, it's $3 per item or URL link for regular requests or $5 per item or URL link for Bunjang requests.
Do free handling fees apply if my request needs to be done on weekends or after-hours?
No. Our Shop For Me loyalty rewards cover requests fulfilled during regular business hours. If your request needs to be handled on weekends or after hours, for example, due to a limited sales window or items that may sell out quickly, standard handling fees will apply.
Do other fees apply?
Yes. The 6% payment processing fee, domestic delivery fees (if any) and Bunjang Safe Pay fees still apply. Only handling fee is waived.
Is this a limited-time promo?
No. This is a permanent benefit for our loyal Shop For Me users.
Do 'Shop For Me' requests from different platforms count (Coupang, Bunjang and other Korean sites)?
Yes! All 'Shop For Me' requests count no matter which Korean online store you choose.
Will there be more loyalty rewards in the future?
Yes! We're planning more loyalty rewards so stay tuned!
